Were not helpful to my mother and I when we had problems with our neighbors and a mailbox issue. Impatient is more the word. Had a package that was supposed to be here Wednesday and was four days late because they misdirected.
Very slow workers at counter
Seems at least 6 packages have gone missing or were sent back to the sender. I pay for a P.O. Box usually i get a red card and there no problem but lstely i Have been getting these white slips with NO INFO on them telling me that the post office tried to deliver the pkg but it was too big for the box. When I go every day to pick it up from the counter no-one knows where the pkg went. When I track it, I find out Miller Place received it and shipped it back to the sender. When Ups is too lazy to deliver I know the P.O. gets inundated but this is not an excuse. Ups needs to hire more drivers and the post office needs to hold my package at least ONE day as I am there almost everyday. Everyone there is courteous but the system has failed somehow in Miller Place. I pay a lot of taxes in this town. If you can't hold it then deliver it to my street address. I would have a mailbox if the parents in thus town could control their children. I replaced the mailbox too many times. Unfortunately this why there are so many p.o. box holders in Miller Place. ALL Any of us want is our MAIL & PACKAGES. Is that too much to ask?
Package was misplaced but staff did a good job re-locating it!
