This was my first time using a storage facility. I did it on line and it was very easy. After the reservation I received a call from the property manager and she was excellent. She was upbeat and so very pleasant to work with. Her name is Sydney and she is a shining star
I just rented at the rocky point location and lady in the office was so professional and helpful. I've rented in the past at other public storage locations and they are great!!! Prices and flexibility are always great too. I always recommend public storage to anyone looking for storage.

I have never rented a storage box before. I went to three different public storage and found the best deal at the Millerplace store. Not every store is the same in price and Cindy explained that to me and help me find the best price. I’m happy she had all the answer cause I probably would have rented anything and paid so much more. Thank you Cindy for all your help and being so professional, but more importantly for being caring and compassionate to my situation.
Great location to store. The place is kept very clean and well lit at night. The lady's Cyndi and Karla that run the Facilty are professional and very helpful. The only thing that it's not 24 hours, but I'm guessing it for security reasons. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service. I would definitely recommend them.
